I wear two hats: By day, I’m an L&D professional, architecting solutions, partnering with businesses, and diving deep into data. By night? I’m an IT enthusiast, always eager to learn new applications and tools, explore coding languages, and also new theories to stay on top of the latest in instructional design trends.

  • 15+ years of experience in capability building, establishing training academies, training and development, solution designing with current focus on devising and implementing org-wide L&D strategies in-sync with Organization Culture and Business Vision.
  • Planning and creating rich and effective behavioral and functional learning solutions that align with the business needs. Crafting the proposals on adult learning principles and charting out ID design strategies resulting in better retention.
  • Managing training partnerships  and negotiating with vendor relationships with a keen focus on program quality and ROI.
  • Training the internal L&D team in new age EdTech tools and Analytics principles, resulting in reduced development costs.
  • Identifying the skill gaps that cut across business and coordinating with various stakeholders of T&D team for numerous projects, creating a seamless and connected learning implementation.

Head - Sales Training Academy

My role involved partnering with cross-functional teams to craft and implement modern learning interventions for the entire frontline sales arm.
