  • 14+ years of experience in training and development, solution designing with current focus on devising and implementing org-wide L&D strategies in-sync with Organization Culture and Business Vision.
  • Planning and creating rich and effective behavioral and functional learning solutions that align with the business needs. Crafting the proposals on adult learning principles and charting out ID design strategies resulting in better retention.
  • Managing training partnerships  and negotiating with vendor relationships with a keen focus on program quality and ROI.
